Welcome to our food workshop series, Advanced Ramen! KCI Board member and talented food expert, Sarah Kim-Lee, will be leading the workshop, presenting 4 different and delicious ramen dishes you can make easily at home.
The last workshop of the series will be Crispy Ramen with Veggies. It is a variation of the Chinese bird nest banquet dish. Instead of the bird nest, Sarah will make a pancake-like dish with ramen, adding various veggies on top which you can be creative with. This is an easy ramen variation that is perfect for you to use up leftovers, and clean out your fridge!
