Workshop#3 Ramen Ttang!

Part 3: 3/26 I 6pm-7pm

Welcome to our food workshop series, Advanced Ramen! KCI Board member and talented food expert, Sarah Kim-Lee, will be leading the workshop, presenting 4 different and delicious ramen dishes you can make easily at home.

The third in the series will be Ramen Ttang! Ramen Ttang is one of the first modern Korean snacks that was a big hit in the 70s. This snack was made with fried ramen crumbs with some seasoning. Although Ramen Ttang has been discontinued since 1978, it is still one of Koreans’ favorite snack. In this one-hour-long workshop, Sarah will show you how to make this fun, and yummy finger food, Ramen Ttang!
