Celebrate Korea’s most iconic culinary staple with an energetic, sensory-rich experience that brings together culture, cuisine, and creativity.
In partnership with the KQED, the program will include a live step-by-step demonstration by Chef JiYoung Park from Park Kitchen, where attendees will learn the process of making kimchi.
