Welcome to our new food workshop series, Advanced Ramen! KCI Board member and talented food expert, Sarah Kim-Lee, will be leading the workshop, presenting 4 different and delicious ramen dishes you can make easily at home.
The first in the series will be Soondubu Kimchi Ramen. Tofu Kimchi Jjigae (두부김치찌개)is such a staple food in Korean households that typically Koreans would eat it at least once or twice a week if not more. In this one-hour long workshop, Sarah will take a lead and teach you how to turn typical ramen into this delicious dish!
